How much is shipping and which courier service do you use?

Malaysia: Free

Singapore: $9

Rest of the world: $20

Our shipping requires up to 2-4 business days of processing prior to being shipped from our warehouse as most of the items for example marble print, wooden print and pastel print are made to order. 

The entire order will be deliver the in a single consolidated shipment. Additional shipping costs will be chargeable if you prefer to ship to two different address, contact us here.

North America: 7-21 business days
Europe: 7-14 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-21 business days
Asia Pacific: 7-21 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 7-21 business days

Please allow 2-3 days processing time before shipping as our casings are all made to orders.

How can I track my order?
We will provide the tracking number once the items is shipped, you can track the number on https://beautifulcovers.co/pages/track-your-order


Shipping charges are only refundable in the case of shipping errors or damaged merchandise. To be eligible for a returns & exchange must be made within 5 days of the date of received and within 7 days of us receiving your order back by post, we will refund you the original purchase price and delivery charge for your order, provided that the returns is unused product and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the ORIGINAL packaging. 
1. Fully refund for faulty goods 
2. 70% refund for cancellations by customer OR opened product 
3. Not refund for used product 
Hardcase, Creative decals and Palm Guards are exempt from being returned.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.



We only replace items if they are manufactured defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at beautifulcovers@hotmail.com.
